The Dentist and Dental Assistants are really top of the pack here. Specifically Dr. Raida is exceptional, and helped to identify a rare hairline fracture to a crown I crushed during setting. Without her attentiveness and caring nature I would have continued avoiding going to the dentist. I have a low pain threshold and intolerance towards pushy practitioners, but shes made me comfortable and trusting again. I look forward to returning this year.

I had a great experience at this dental office and wanted to share how impressed I was with both the dentist and the dental hygienist. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional, which made me feel comfortable right away. Dr.Yazdani was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly before starting any work. I really appreciated how they made sure I understood my treatment options and answered all of my questions without rushing. Nicole was just as wonderful—thorough, gentle, and very attentive throughout the cleaning. They made what can sometimes be an uncomfortable experience feel easy and stress-free, constantly checking in to make sure I was doing okay. Overall, the level of care and attention to detail was outstanding. I left feeling confident in my dental health and actually looking forward to my next visit. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a caring and professional dental team!

Have been seeing the same hygienist Sam who is truly awesome! Came massively pregnant and she stood on her feet to make sure I was comfortable for my whole cleaning. I was very nervous but she made it a breeze. She also stayed super late to accommodate my husband’s cleaning. Truly goes above and beyond and Tend is so lucky to have her!

Facility is beautiful and first impression was great. However looks are deceiving. My son and I had cleanings done when they were having a promotion for new clients. booked our appt within the timeframe for the promotion and even confirmed it multiple times. They reassured us we would get it in an email and needless to say that email never arrived. When we reached out we were given the brush off , customer service was extremely lacking , not to mention the feeling of being scammed is not a good one. I tried multiple times via emails and they just replied that since the promo ended there’s no way they could honor it. I feel that it was dishonest. When we asked to speak to a supervisor we were never provided with that information and they literally just brushed us off and stopped replying back to me. On top of that, the fillings done on my son were quite aggressive and he’s STILL having pain. Long story short , it may work for some but we value transparency and honesty when it comes to a dental provider. And unfortunately TEND didn’t seem to offer either of these.
